**Eligibility:**
* Items must be returned within 15 days of the original order date.* Items must be in a undamaged condition.* Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.* Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may be subject to different return policies.
**Return Process:**
1. **Contact Customer Service:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [763-923-8267] or [sales@sei-fab.com].2. **Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number:** Our customer service team will provide you with an RA number and instructions for returning the item.3. **Ship the Item:** Please ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the full value of the item.
